PDF Combine PLUS Online Tutorial

PDF Combine PLUS is a simple tool to merge PDF files. It enables you to create a new PDF document by joining existing ones.

3-Steps to combine PDF Files

Choose the source PDF files to be merged and add them to the list.
Click the button “Merge”.
The app will open the destination folder, where your merged PDF file is focused.

How to add the source PDF files?

Click the button “+”, then choose the PDF files you want to merge, and click the button “Open”.

Note: you can add the same PDF file more than 1 time if you need to.

How to Remove PDF files from the list?

To remove all the PDF files, click the delete button located at the right top corner.

To remove one individual file, click to select it and then click the button “Remove it” located at the right end.

How to adjust the order of a file in the list?

To adjust a file’s position in the list, click to select it and then click the button “Move up” or “Move down” located at the right end, as shown above.

How to Merge?

Before you can start merging, you need to select a output folder first. Otherwise, you will see an error message.

With the output folder set, click the button “Merge” to start the merging process.

When the merging is complete, the app will automatically open the output folder with the output PDF file selected.

Finally, click the button “Finish” to make the app return to the initial status.

Where to find the merged PDF file?

When the merging is complete, the app should have automatically opened the output folder with the output PDF file selected. If it doesn’t, you need to manually open “File Explorer” and go to the output folder to find it.
